STREIFF/LAURINO RESIDENCE

This project will bring light, energy-efficiency and functionality to an aging 1960s suburban ranch house. We have designed a new roof monitor to help illuminate the dark interior that will also help heat the house in the winter and keep it cool in the shoulder seasons. The existing porch will be converted to a greenhouse that will both provide a place for the owner’s many plants and help reduce the house’s energy use. Finally, we have designed a new kitchen and pantry that will help fulfill the owner’s passion for cooking.
